What is Lumina?

Lumina is a spaced-repetition app that helps you remember ideas from books, articles, podcasts, and other sources. You save the ideas that matter to you, and Lumina quizzes you at scientifically optimized intervals to strengthen long-term memory.

How do recall sessions work?

Lumina presents your saved ideas as Socratic-style flashcards. You rate how well you recalled each one, and the app adjusts the review schedule accordingly — ideas you struggle with come back sooner. We use research-backed algorithms and Artificial Intelligence to optimize the review schedule for you.

How do I delete my account?

Email us with the subject "Delete Account" and we will delete your account within 30 days.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel your plan.

How do I turn off notifications?

You can disable recall reminders from the Profile tab in the app, or from your device's notification settings.
